Holiday reading
I'm getting used to reading online, but I far prefer pdf's to html.
That gripe over, here's a book called Innovation Happens Elsewhere, which deals with open-source software from a business perspective.
I'm going to align myself (with anyone?) as pushing pdf's as a cheap, distributable publishing form that's open in terms of cross-platform and cross-nation. Anyone with computer access can read pdf's and that can save millions in putting literature into the hands of third-world students. All that's needed is infrastucture in terms of a steady, cheap electricity supply.
Christian publishers take note: pdf.
